Chuck is a seasoned attorney with decades of legal experience serving clients throughout Ohio, with a strong focus on real property, estate planning, and probate matters. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and deep community roots, Chuck has earned a reputation for delivering thoughtful legal guidance tailored to each client's needs. Chuck brings nearly 50 years experience from both private practice and public service.

Chuck has been very active in the community. In addition to the organizations listed below, Chuck has donated his time and legal services to groups such as the Beavercreek Community Theatre and the Beavercreek Enrichment Association. He has acted as a coach for numerous youth sports teams and volunteered his time for events such as the Beavercreek High School Moot Court Team competition, the Beavercreek 24 Hour Relay, Creek Classic Soccer Tournament and Beavercreek High School Career Day. He worked a number of years in the Beavercreek High School press box during sporting events, and has presented seminars for the Alzheimer's Association, Council On Aging and OSU Extension Services.
